Willow celebrates a positive pregnancy test until she overhears a monstrous truth: her Alpha husband, Adrian, has never touched her. Every time she trusted him, his Beta took his place behind her blindfold, while Adrian built a lie to brand her unfaithful and crown his mistress Luna. Betrayed, pregnant, and trapped in a pack that calls her wolfless and ugly, Willow plans her escape. But under the full moon, her birthmark vanishes, a legendary white wolf awakens, and the men who used her begin hunting the woman they can no longer recognize.
