Soren is transported to the Great Xia Dynasty as a county magistrate of Bluefield County. After three years of reform, the land thrives—but his System demands one condition to return: be executed by imperial decree. Desperate, he provokes the throne with crimes, insults, and defiance. Yet the Empress overanalyzes, the Emperor admires his talent, and loyal subordinates misinterpret his intent. Every “death wish” backfires, elevating him to supreme power while the Wildlanders fall and the empire ascends.
