Fresh graduate Ben develops hemorrhoids from eating excessive spicy food. When he goes to the hospital for treatment, he finds his attending doctor is Ethan, the son of his stepfather. The first digital rectal exam fills Ben with overwhelming embarrassment. The two keep crossing paths due to their awkward doctor-patient bond.
