Once the ruler of North America’s underworld, Elias Moretti vanished five years ago to live quietly as a Brooklyn mechanic. But when the brutal Viper Alliance invades New York Harbor, his past comes calling. Betrayed by his fiancée Victoria and his ambitious half-brother Luca, Elias returns to the Moretti family only to face humiliation and a hostile power grab. What no one realizes is that the “washed-up mechanic” they mock is Caesar himself—the secret master of Obsidian. When his enemies cross the final line, Elias takes back the harbor, crushes the traitors, and returns to the throne he once abandoned.
