Elara, co-founder of the company, paid out of her own pocket for a first-class ticket to secure a $10 million new energy order ahead of competitors. However, her CEO fiancé Lukas and scheming assistant Sophie fired her on the spot for violating the company’s "all employees fly economy" cost-cutting policy. They falsely accused her of stealing trade secrets, forcibly seized her personal laptop and design manuscripts, and demanded an exorbitant $4,200 penalty fee.
Heartbroken, Elara took the core project she had led and jumped to a rival company as a partner. She publicly unveiled the project’s achievements at the European Innovation Summit, completely crushing Lukas’s business layout. Lukas’s company stock plummeted, and all core technical staff resigned collectively. He woke up to his mistake and begged for reconciliation, but was ruthlessly rejected.
In the end, the truth came out: Sophie was the mastermind behind everything. She was imprisoned for extortion, while Lukas was completely ruined by financial fraud and other crimes. Elara achieved both career success and love, marrying Julien who truly appreciated her and building a happy family
