Genius perfumer Mira West spent three years of painstaking effort creating the hit fragrance After the Storm. On the eve of the prestigious industry award ceremony, she discovers that her husband and business partner Derek has long exploited contract loopholes to steal her creation and claim full credit for both the work and the honor.
With her trust completely shattered, she does not sink into despair. Taking scent as her blade, she stages her counterattack at the award ceremony and reclaims her rightful attribution. She later founded her own brand, launched public welfare perfumery courses to support emerging talents, and defended the sovereignty of creators through her works. Transforming from a wife dependent on marriage into an independent woman illuminating the industry, she completes her self-redemption and rebirth in the world of scents
