Cole Sutton's private video accidentally plays in front of his hockey team, and Coach Vaughn Knox is the only one who stays calm. Everyone thinks Knox hates him, but Cole soon finds the truth: Knox has been watching, writing about him, and waiting to cross the line. When their forbidden relationship leaks, Cole's first-line spot is taken and Knox's career is at risk. The team thinks Cole slept his way up. Cole answers on the ice. He wins the game, proves Knox chose right, and walks straight into a relationship built on control, obsession, and a ring.
