Elena is publicly jilted at the altar by her fiancé Adrian, who claims Lilian is pregnant. Her stepfather and stepsister also turn against her. But Elena is no weakling—for three years, she was the true backbone of Hawthorne Holdings. After walking away, she uses hard evidence to reclaim credit for her work, exposes Lilian’s fake pregnancy, restructures the company, and founds “Exit Clause”—an organization that helps undervalued women leave relationships with their names, contributions, and power intact. In the end, she transforms from a discarded bride into a woman who fully controls her own destiny.
