Super-agent Gideon is betrayed and killed on a mission, only to be reborn as Duke Shawn’s heir in Great Xia. Framed in a scandal involving the Minister’s daughter, he uncovers a conspiracy between corrupt officials and the Liao Empire. Using modern spy tactics, he crushes the court scholars in debate, builds advanced weapons, and launches a relief lottery.
