Serena is the sole princess of the powerful Moretti mafia family, with three elder brothers dominating politics, business and the underworld. To live an ordinary life, she hides her identity and falls in love with farm hand Luca for three years. When she plans to tell him she is pregnant, she finds Luca is also a hidden mafia heir, set to marry another noble for a clan alliance. He publicly humiliates her as a worthless peasant girl, unaware she is the untouchable Moretti princess. Upon learning of her grievance, her three powerful brothers rush to her side — and the real drama begins.
