In a struggle to survive, Qin Tian, a humble food delivery driver, supports his sister Qin Rong. Tragedy strikes when Qin Rong falls gravely ill, and they are deceived by relatives into agreeing to sell her organs to prolong the life of a powerful family patriarch. Determined not to burden her brother further, Qin Rong reluctantly agrees to the sacrifice. Meanwhile, Qin Tian takes out a loan shark's money to fund her treatment. During one of his deliveries, Qin Tian's bravery is rewarded with an extraordinary gift: the ability to pause time, travel back, and glimpse the future.
