Story

At 74 years old, she discovers her husband’s affair and his plot to claim a huge insurance payout. During a boat trip, he cruelly pushes her into the ocean. As sharks close in, she is saved by a giant deep-sea colossal squid. The creature transforms into human form, confesses his love, and takes her to his magnificent underwater palace. Her rival on land repeatedly schemes against her, yet all plots fail. She marries the sea being and conceives their child. A forged message about her son’s car accident lures her back to shore, where her ex-husband betrays and abducts her. A kind female fisher rescues her, and she gives birth to a half-human, half-squid daughter. The child’s strange identity is soon exposed. Mother and daughter are captured by the town mayor and dragged to the stake. Her lover senses their danger and arrives in his true form. As old scores are settled on the coast, the fate of mother and daughter is about to reshape the undersea kingdom.
