He thought she would die forgotten in the North. But seven years ago, Elara saved a starving wolf boy from a fighting pit and gave him a name. Now that boy is Kael, the ruthless Wolf King. When he returns to camp and sees Elara bleeding, burned, and whipped, the entire wolf army watches their king fall to his knees. The bride they mocked is the one woman he would burn the world for.
