Samantha Hughes waited a whole year for AURA’s final farewell concert, only to find her childhood sweetheart Logan kissing Sierra outside the venue after giving away Sam’s VIP ticket. When Logan keeps choosing Sierra, exposes Sam’s family trauma, and later abandons her during a fire, Sam finally sees the boy she loved is gone. She withdraws from Berkeley, moves to New York, rebuilds her life with her mother, and refuses every attempt Logan makes to drag her back. Even when Sierra tries to ruin her reputation and Logan begs for another chance, Sam chooses peace, dignity, and a new love who actually stays.
