Su Qingyuan, a domineering modern female CEO, dies suddenly from a hereditary disease. She transmigrates into the 12th Princess of Xuanwu Kingdom, a girl who suffers constant bullying. She awakens with a Heavenly Eye System bound to her. By chance, she discovers Mo Chen, a lowly sweeping servant, bears the spirit vein of an ancient Nine-Tailed Fox.
Drawing on her modern mindset and innate spirit-taming talent, she breaks ancient seals, subjugates the primeval spirit serpent Yamata no Orochi, and tames the ferocious beast Xiao Bai. Along her journey, she repeatedly humiliates the Seventh Princess Su Qingyao, exposes the Spirit Wolf King’s schemes, and fights against the Demon Lord of the Demon Race. Eventually, she uncovers her true identity: the last survivor of the ancient Spirit Master Clan.
Torn between her destined mission and her love, she rejects the summons from the Divine Realm. She chooses to guard the mortal world, standing by Mo Chen and all people of Xuanwu Kingdom.
