Harrison, a powerful CEO, thought his second marriage to the sweet and devoted Clara had finally given his daughter Lucy a complete family. Then he catches Lucy fighting a stray dog for bread beside a trash can. A closer look at the bills reveals something shocking: after a full year, not a single cent was spent on his daughter. Harrison starts digging—and Clara's perfect-wife mask begins to crack.
A fake marriage. Forged signatures. A scheme to mortgage his property. And Clara's lover and mother are both in on it. When Harrison exposes the affair at her birthday party, Clara strikes back with lies, online attacks, and ruthless financial pressure. But this time, Harrison won't back down. He'll protect his daughter at any cost.
