Sixteen-year-old Jack, a bottom-rung plumber, is injured in an accident at work. His own blood awakens the Blood Eye System — a power that lets him perceive the hidden information of all things in the world. He soon discovers that his city is teeming with supernatural beings: werewolves, witches, and more. Even more shocking, his neighbor Luna turns out to be an A-rank werewolf on the run from her own clan. To pay the rent and protect Luna, Jack puts the Blood Eye's ability to identify supernatural antiques to use — turning a five-dollar piece of junk into his first fortune of three hundred thousand dollars. As his powers continue to unlock, he gains superhuman strength, but also finds himself drawn deeper into an ever-darkening whirlpool.
