Believing that his first love had died, he was convinced that her heart had been transplanted into another woman. Holding on to the last piece of the woman he once loved, he chose to marry the heart transplant recipient.
At first, their marriage was built on memories of someone else rather than love. But as they shared their lives together, his feelings slowly began to change. Through everyday moments, misunderstandings, and quiet acts of care, he gradually fell in love with his wife for who she truly was.
Just when their relationship finally started to become real, his first love—whom he believed was dead—suddenly returned.
But when the past comes back to reclaim its place, will their love survive?
