Selene, Crown Princess of the Northern Duchy of Veyne, meets Silas, the last Lorin knight who has infiltrated the royal palace for revenge, in a snow‑bound capital. Two souls torn apart by blood‑feuds between their kingdoms ignite a brief, burning forbidden love amid stables and frozen lakes. When Selene’s father, Duke Veyne, uncovers their secret, a calculated political trap drives her lover toward a fatal end. Witnessing Silas die on the ice‑covered lake, Selene loses her sanity. Trapped forever in snowy‑night memories, she becomes a royal isle, awake yet mad for the rest of her life.
