The Hartmans were North America's most prominent family. Sophia, her husband Richard, and his old flame Eileen gave birth the same day. While Sophia was under anesthesia, Richard secretly swapped the newborns so his son with Eileen would inherit the fortune. But Sophia woke early, noticed the switch, and quietly swapped them back—keeping all the evidence. Twenty-six years later, Richard lay dying, confessed everything, and signed the trust over to Daniel, the son he believed was Eileen's. Eileen demanded money and a mansion. Only after the papers were signed did Sophia reveal the truth: Daniel was her biological son. The shock killed Richard. With complete evidence, Sophia protected everything for herself and her son.
