Stray‑cat girl Mila struggles to survive on the streets of Velvet City. After crossing paths with billionaire cat Roscoe, she unwittingly signs an "exclusive pet contract" — to serve as his "showpiece" at all social events. Though Roscoe treats her gently on the surface, he publicly humiliates and exploits her time and again, pushing her toward ruin. His ex‑girlfriend Jewel teams up with his mother Mrs. Aldridge to devise cruel schemes that torment Mila: she gets her fur shaved, paraded in public with a collar, caged for display, and humiliated by being fed cat food… Every time Mila thinks hope is within reach, only deeper degradation awaits her. Roscoe’s true feelings for her remain an infuriating, unfathomable mystery.
