When 22-year-old NYC student Lila is attacked by werewolves and saved by a serpent guardian, she discovers she is the lost daughter of the Serpent Queen, carrying the sealed power of "Silver Scale Blood." Hunted by wolves while awakening her magic, she crosses paths with Marcus—a vengeful werewolf Alpha who turns out to be her fated mate. Defying his pack and the corrupt Werewolf Council, Marcus chooses Lila. Together, they destroy the laboratory, rescue her mother, and heal a thousand-year war under Lila's shared rule.
